Dr. Syed Mansoor Hussaini, M.D., M.P.H., is a highly skilled neurologist and healthcare leader with extensive experience in adult general neurology, stroke management, and neurophysiology. He is the President of Premier Neurology, P.A., serving the North-East Texas community with a broad spectrum of neurological care including EEG, EMG/NCS, sleep studies, and neurocognitive testing. Dr. Hussaini completed his neurology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and holds additional training in psychiatry and public health. His clinical expertise is complemented by his leadership roles in stroke centers and his commitment to underserved areas, with prior practice experience in Tennessee and Texas. Board-certified in psychiatry and neurology, Dr. Hussaini’s subspecialty interests include stroke, neuromuscular medicine, epilepsy, and neurodegenerative disorders. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Society, recognized for his clinical excellence and dedication to advancing neurological care.
